What is the minimum purchase?

What forms of payment do you accept?

4. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept COD from established customers only in the form of money order or cashier's check. Customers are liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees when an order is unpaid or refused.

Do you accept fax orders?

5. Yes, we accept fax orders. If you are a new customer, please create an account on our website prior to faxing your order. How long does it take for my order to begin processing?

6. Orders(phone, fax, web) placed before 9:30AM(EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders(phone, fax, web) placed after 9:30AM(EST) will begin processing the following business day. (Orders will not be processed on Sunday/Holiday)

When will my order ship out?

7. Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days from processing.

How do I cancel my order after it has been processed and shipped?

8. Please contact us immediately at # 1 888-587-7734 EXT: 1. We can not guarantee immediate cancellation of your order if we are contacted by email. If your package has already shipped, we may be able to contact our carrier to have it rerouted to us but the customer is liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees which will be deducted from the original form of payment. If any package is refused upon delivery attempt including COD orders, the customer is liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees.

How long does it take for me to receive the order?

9. We ship orders via courier .(Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays observed by courier . Saturday deliveries can be requested by phone at an additional cost) You have the option to choose courier Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc..

How much will my shipping costs be?

10. All shipping costs depend on weight, dimension, and distance. Your actual shipping cost will be displayed during check out process.

Do you have a dropship service?

How do I change my shipping address after submitting my order?

Do you send out catalogs with your updated inventory?

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

15. Unfortunately, we ship through courier and they do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Do you have all the items showing on the website?

16. We update our inventory daily, but some items may be out of stock when we process your order. Those items will not be on back order and will be excluded from your order.

Do you ship internationally?

17. Yes, we do ship internationally but all payments must be made by a valid credit card. Money orders, cashier’s checks, and bank transfers are NOT accepted. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not an option for international customers.
