A Return Authorization Number will then be issued. We do not accept any defect claim requests after the 5 day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason. Each claimed defect item needs to be returned in original package or it will be identified as misusage defect. No credit will be issued or replacements will be approved.
Refusals: Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in charges for any additional shipping expenses incurred, as well as a 18% restocking fee.

The shipping charge shown on the order form is an ESTIMATED shipping fee for UPS Ground service in the US some times. Orders that cannot be sent UPS Ground will be charged the appropriate charge if sent USPS Priority Mail or UPS Expedited Delivery. The shipping charge may not be reflected in the shopping cart correctly and will be adjusted manually, after the order is processed and the size and weight of the carton is ascertained.
